Not to the door — walk streets carry no vehicle access at all. Your manager meets you on the nearest cross street, usually Manhattan Avenue or the numbered street above it, and hands over there, which leaves a two-minute carry with bags. Give us the block at booking and we will pick the closest legal kerb rather than improvising on the day.
Where do people actually park in downtown Manhattan Beach?
The structure on 12th Street and the lot behind the pier are the two honest options, and both are gone by mid-morning at weekends. Metered spots on Manhattan Avenue run to a strict limit with enforcement active into the evening. If your rental house has an alley garage, measure the opening first — plenty were built for cars narrower than a modern SUV.
