Does the Grand Prix in April change how delivery works?
It does. Ocean Boulevard, Shoreline Drive and Pine Avenue close in sections for most of race week, and several downtown hotels end up inside the fencing. Handovers shift to Belmont Shore, the CSULB side, or a lot north of Broadway, and the approach takes longer. Book a day or two ahead that week and you will be given a meeting point that is still open.
Can a car reach a house on the Naples canals?
It can, though the meeting point tends to be the end of the block rather than the front door. Those canal streets run one car wide with residents' parking on both sides, and a delivery vehicle stopped mid-street holds up everyone behind it. Naples Plaza or the kerb on Appian Way suits both cars better. Share the address at booking and the spot gets agreed in advance.
