Luxury car rental in Venice.

Venice is a walking neighbourhood that happens to sit on the beach, and renting here is mostly about the trips out of it: PCH north to Malibu, the run down to Manhattan Beach, the airport ten minutes away. Abbot Kinney, the canals and the boardwalk are all better on foot, and most of our Venice renters use the car three or four times a week rather than daily.

Alleys and Abbot Kinney in Venice

Parking is the honest constraint. Venice street parking is permit-zoned across most of the residential grid, the lots off Rose and Windward fill by late morning in summer, and the streets around the canals are narrow enough that a wide SUV becomes a chore. It shapes what is worth renting here more than anywhere else on the Westside.

Handing a car over in Venice

We deliver to Venice houses, to the Hotel Erwin and to the buildings along Main and Abbot Kinney. Because the streets are tight, we confirm a specific handover spot rather than a block — usually your garage, driveway or the hotel valet. Delivery is $100 from the LAX base and takes about 20 minutes; Venice is one of the fastest drops we do.

Small enough for Venice

The BMW M4 Cabriolet is the sensible Venice exotic — open-top for PCH, small enough to park on Superba or Cabrillo without a three-point turn. The Porsche 911 Cabriolet does the same in a smaller footprint. If you need space, the Mercedes-GLE 53 is about the widest car we would recommend here; the Cullinan and Urus fit the boulevards but are genuinely awkward around the canals.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I park a rental in Venice?
Most of the residential grid is permit-only, so plan on a driveway, a garage, or the paid lots off Rose, Windward and Venice Blvd. If your building has a space, tell us the dimensions — we will match the car to it rather than deliver something you cannot park.
Which cars are practical for the Venice streets?
The BMW M4 Cabriolet, Porsche 911 Cabriolet and mid-size SUVs like the GLE 53. Full-size SUVs and the Cullinan work fine on Lincoln and Main but are tight around the canals and on the older residential blocks.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates, with long stays running month-to-month and no lock-in.
Is a credit card or a credit check required?
Neither. A valid licence and a deposit from $500 is all that is needed, and there is no minimum age or young-driver surcharge.
