Rental basics
How long can I rent for?
Minimum 2 weeks, preferred 1 month or longer. No maximum — month-to-month as long as you need.
Where do you operate?
Los Angeles only. Two pickup locations: zip 90045 (LAX / Westchester) and zip 90028 (Hollywood). Pickup-only — no delivery.
How quickly can I get a car?
Same-day pickup is available in many cases. We can turn a rental around in as little as 60 minutes once documents are confirmed. Message us on WhatsApp with your situation.
What cars are available?
Featured fleet: BMW M4 Cabriolet ($4,200/mo), BMW X7 ($3,500/mo), Mercedes GLE 53 AMG ($4,500/mo), Range Rover Sport ($4,800/mo). Ask on WhatsApp for more.
Pricing, deposit, and payments
How much does monthly car rental cost in Los Angeles?
Monthly rates at LVLX range from $1,200 to $6,500 depending on the car. We consistently undercut other local competitors Exotics for comparable vehicles.
How much is the security deposit?
Deposits start at $500. Can go up to one month's rent for higher-value cars. Confirmed in your quote before you commit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, wire transfer, and cash.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Monthly rate + deposit + insurance covers everything. The only variable is mileage overage at $2/mile beyond 100 miles/day.
Age, drivers, and documents
Is there a minimum age to rent?
No minimum age. No young-driver surcharge. Unlike Hertz, Enterprise, and Sixt which require 21–25, approval at LVLX is based on your documents, not your birthdate.
Do you accept international driver's licenses?
Yes. International licenses from any country are welcome. Confirm your country during the quote process. No US license required.
Can I add a second driver?
No. Only the named approved renter may operate the vehicle.
What documents do I need?
A valid driver's license, a payment method in your name, and proof of insurance if using your own policy (instead of our $10/day add-on).
Insurance and mileage
Is insurance required?
Yes. Two options: (1) our in-house add-on at $10/day, or (2) your own valid US auto insurance covering rental vehicles.
How many miles are included?
100 miles per day (~3,000/month). Additional miles are $2/mile.
Changes, extensions, and returns
Can I extend my rental?
Yes — message your dedicated manager on WhatsApp before your end date and we'll confirm availability and the updated rate.
Is there a penalty for returning early?
No. No early-return fee at LVLX.
What about late returns?
Late returns without a confirmed extension may incur additional charges. Message your manager before your end date — we can almost always work it out.
Booking and discounts
How do I book?
Submit a quote request on this site or message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply with pricing, deposit, and availability — then confirm before pickup.
Are there any discounts?
Book via WhatsApp and save 5%, or follow @lvlxrentals on Instagram and mention it for the same 5%. One discount per booking — cannot be combined.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. One dedicated manager handles everything in one WhatsApp thread. No call centers, no hold music.

What are your operating hours?
8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Los Angeles time, every day.
Do you deliver the car?
No. All pickups and returns happen at one of our two lots.
