Will HOA parking rules cause a problem with a rental car?
Sometimes. Many Irvine villages ban overnight street parking outright or require a visitor permit from the association, and private patrols do tag cars. The straightforward fix is keeping the car in the property's garage or on its driveway. Where neither exists, ask the host for a visitor permit before the delivery window rather than after a citation lands.
Can the car meet me at John Wayne Airport instead of my Irvine address?
