How does delivery work through the guard gate?
The resident calls or emails the gate with the driver's name and an arrival window, usually the day before. On the day the driver checks in at Round Meadow or Long Valley, gets logged, and drives to the address. Without that entry the gate turns the car away, so the confirmation matters more here than anywhere else in the Valley.
What happens if the gate cannot be cleared in time?
There is a fallback. The handover can be set just outside on Long Valley Road where it meets Calabasas, or at a car park on Calabasas Road a few minutes down the hill. That keeps the booking on schedule while the paperwork catches up, and the car moves inside later once the name reaches the list.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates, with long stays running month-to-month and no lock-in.
Is a credit card or a credit check required?
