Yes, but the handover takes place on the street rather than inside the building, since most of those garages are gated tandem stalls with low clearance. Meeting on Sunset Boulevard or a side street off Fountain adds only a few minutes. Send the building name and any loading-zone hours, and the driver will time the drop to land inside them.
Is there anywhere to leave the car if my block is full?
